Reading Creative Brief

Part 2 of 3

Here's an example of a website that confuses the user on what is interactable

Stories can be useful in framing a project because stories follow a strict format. Good stories have a clear beginning, middle, and end that is satisfying and engaging to the reader. Meticulous formatting is implemented into story telling to increase anticipation for the climax and draw interest to those who are interested in picking it up. Refining projects around the format of story telling is not a bad idea since the process is very detailed and intentionally made for deeper thought.

Part 3 of 3

Creative Brief

Problem

I would like to make a website that sells the specially made cards/seasonal cards my mother creates.

Audience

My audiene would be people who celebrate special occasions/holidays. People who want specially made cards for a lower price than what's in stores.

Competition

The competition for this website would be larger in store companies such as Papyrus or Hallmark. I also believe that creative DIY websites such as Etsy would be a huge competitor to the website.

Key Messages

The main key message would be that we would want to see specially made cards with the quality like Hallmark or Papyrus but for cheaper prices because those cards tend to be on the more expensive side. Another key message is that it would be a personal creative venture since my mother enjoys making these cards.

Call to Action

Our call to action would be Shop Now to Get Seasonal Cards for A Low Price!

How to Measure Success

Success would be measured through website traffic and how many people are viewing the products. Income of money would also be the most obvious measure of success.
